Într- dimineaţă de luni, un newyorkez se plimbă pe străzile

, Bali , Sulawesi , Filipine , Timorul de Est și din unele zone
din India. Aceste cafele de origine unică „definite de boabe” sunt atent selectate, preparate şi perfecţionate prin arta de prăjire Dallmayr, astfel încât fiecare sortiment rar de cafea îşi poate dezvolta pe deplin aroma specifică. Cafeaua robusta are un gust mai neutru, este mai putin aromata decat
arabica si este foarte apreciata in gama de cafea solubila.
Arborii de Robusta cresc usor, au productie mare si sunt mai rezistenti la
boli decat specia Arabica. Dupa ce se vor fi scurs cele 25-30 de secunde, ar trebui sa aveti un espresso de
aproximativ 28-35 ml sau de 70 ml pentru un espresso dublu.
Acest espressor este unul profesionist, ce utilizeaza cafea boabe sau macinata pentru a prepara un delicios espresso, capuccino,
cafea latte sau americano. In concluzie, nu a fost jumatate de sambata
irosita si pentru asta trebuie sa-i multumesc Gloriei de la Flashme !
Cafeaua a intrat in Europa prin portul Venetia, unde aveau
loc schimburile comerciale cu negustorii arabi. Acest arbore de cafea a fost descoperit în vecinătatea
orașului Maragogype, statul Bahia din Brazilia.
Arbustii de cafea se intersecteaza cu pomi fructiferi care asigura hrana pasarilor native.
De altfel, cafea este pe atat de buna pe cat este de buna plantatia de unde a fost
recoltata. Lucrurile se complică puţin dacă

În cazul în care pucul de cafea este compactat prea tare, prepararea cafelei dureazã prea mult timp, iar rezultatul va fi cafea amarã. Boabele acestei specii de cafea sunt mici, au formă neregulată şi culoare maroniu – gălbuie. Consumul excesiv poate duce la aparitia tulburarilor la nivelul tubului digestiv, cu arsuri, jena si chiar dureri si spasme gastrointestinale. Cafeaua cu tărie medie este obținută în exclusivitate din varietăți ale soiului Arabica, provenite din America Centrală și de Sud, Kenya, Tanzania, Etiopia, excepție de la această “regulă„ făcând Brazilia, deoarece sortimentele de
Arabica braziliene au aromă mai puțin rafinată.
